We have implemented the SimAL.Scheduler module of the SimAL.Suite planning system to digitalize production planning. The planners are now efficiently supported in their task of optimizing the production sequence. The planners can react immediately and reschedule production, particularly in the event of unplanned events such as last-minute customer orders, technical system malfunctions or delays in the delivery of raw materials or packaging materials.
